Dark Chocolate Ganache /
Chocolate Mousse / Choux 

Instructions:
Keep refrigerated. Leave it out at room temperature for 5 – 10 mins before serving.  Use an airtight container and refrigerate if storing to eat later. Best consumed within 3 days of purchase.
